Shipping Timelines
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. View the United States and International shipping tables for the holiday season below!
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between October 1st, 2025 and December 24th, 2025 will be eligible for return or exchange until January 31, 2026. Read more about our Holiday Return Policy below, and view our Returns + Exchanges pages for more details.
Store Pickup + Collection Points
Store Pickup orders may be placed through 1 PM EST on 12/23 to be ready to pick up before 12/25.
Orders shipped to our Collection Point partners may be placed through 1 PM EST on 12/16 to be ready to pick up before 12/25.

Shipping to Canada? Order with standard shipping by 12/17 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Australia or New Zealand? Order with standard shipping by 12/7 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Caribbean, Europe or Middle East? Order with standard shipping by 12/6 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Asia? Order with standard shipping by 12/6 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Mexico? Order with standard shipping by 12/6 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Africa, South or Central America? Order with standard shipping by 11/29 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Australia or New Zealand? Order with standard shipping by 12/7 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Shipping to Caribbean, Europe or Middle East? Order with standard shipping by 12/6 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.

Oversized merchandise (such as furniture) or any items that contain hazardous materials (such as hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish or lithium batteries) that need to ship via Standard (Ground) must be ordered by 12/13 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. Territories or HI/AK addresses must be placed by 12/8 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24. Orders shipping to PO Boxes must be placed by 12/16 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Backordered items that do not ship by 12/22 are not guaranteed for delivery by 12/24.

For furniture items that ship via truck delivery and can take 2-4 weeks to deliver once shipped, orders must be placed by 12/1 at 3:00 AM EST to deliver on or before 12/24.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between October 1st, 2025 and December 24th, 2025 will be eligible for return or exchange until January 31, 2026.
Eligible items returned with an original receipt will be refunded to your original payment method when returned on or before January 31, 2026. After January 31, 2026, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the amount paid when returned with an original sales receipt.
