Collection Points
You can select from thousands of locations across the US. You can choose the most convenient location for you when you place your UO order.
Collection Point orders can only be shipped via standard shipping. Please check out our Shipping page for more details on shipping costs.
Collection Point orders ship via standard shipping and arrive within 5-7 business days.You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email before heading to the Collection Point location.
When checking out on UrbanOutfitters.com, you can select to Pick Up your items. You may then select from a list of available pickup locations to find the one that’s right for you. Please note, not all delivery methods are available for all locales.
Unfortunately, some items can’t be sent to Collection Point locations. If items are restricted from shipping to Collection Points, you will be notified while checking out. These restrictions apply to furniture, gift cards, items on preorder or backorder, UO MRKT items. Other exclusions may apply.
You will be charged when your item ships from our distribution center.
ApplePay and PayPal Express are not available for Collection Point orders. All other payment types are accepted.
You should have your “Ready for Pickup” email (print it or be ready to show it on your phone) and a valid form of ID, including a driver’s license, state ID or passport.
Only the customer listed in the billing information can pick up the order.
If the item is out of stock, the item will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation notification.
You will receive a shipping confirmation for each package that ships, as well as a “Ready for Pickup” email for each package that is delivered to the Collection Point and is ready to be picked up.
The package will be held for 7 days before being returned to us. If you do not pick up your package, a $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to extend hold times.
If you don’t pick up your package within 7 days, your package will be returned to us and a $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us for help ASAP.
You can see the status of your order in your order history. Once your package ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to you with a tracking number for you to track its journey.
No, our Collection Point partners are unable to accept returns. To return your items, please take them to a UO store location or return to us by mail. Please note, Collection Point orders are only eligible for return and cannot be exchanged through our online returns portal.
