Return any unworn and unwashed merchandise by using the prepaid return label included. If a label was not included, contact Jitana directly via your Order History.
Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns made after 14 days a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the original cost of item(s). All returns made after 60 days from delivery date will not be accepted for refund.
