To initiate a return, please reach out within 60 days of purchase via your order history to obtain a prepaid return label. Boots should be unworn and still have their tags and original packaging. If the boots have been scuffed or worn outside, they cannot be accepted for return. We will not accept boots for return that show signs of wear or misuse. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping charges. A restocking fee of $5.00 per order will be deducted from your refund. If the boots are defective or a shipping error was made by us, the charge will be waived. Returns are generally processed within 7-10 business days after receiving them at our warehouse. Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment. Please note it could take up to 10 business days before your refund reflects on your account.
