UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail using the pre-paid return label and purchase receipt found within your package. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be left at the discretion of Back Beat Co. Items cannot be returned in Urban Outfitters stores, and there will be no exchanges accepted for UO MRKT orders.
