Booking A Delivery SlotWe currently entrust our furniture delivery through leveraging strong partnerships with our furniture carrier – AIT Home Delivery. A carrier will be chosen dependant on product type, delivery location and time of order to offer our customers the best possible experience. Once your item has been dispatched you should expect a text message to confirm the next available date for delivery, you will then have the option to confirm the original date offered or amend the date if required to a later time that may be more convenient.Expect to receive a further text/call on the day of delivery that will confirm a more accurate time-slot for your delivery and allow you to track your item through live tracking (only available with certain carrier partners). You will also receive a call within an hour to 30 minutes of the delivery team arriving at your home to give you time to ensure you are ready to receive your new item. Please ensure you are available during the time slot confirmed.Our furniture delivery partner offers delivery options Monday-Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.Preparing for your furniture deliveryOur carrier will deliver to a room of choice up to the third floor. There may be additional charges for deliveries to flats/ apartments without a lift, this will be determined on whether this item is safe to be transported up the route provided. Make sure you take note of the item measurements before you order.
