As we now dispatch products available in our stores for our online orders, there may be instances where you order cannot be completed if you live outside of the UK.
This also means these items are unavailable for express delivery, and you may see your order split into two on your order confirmation.
You will receive an error message at checkout informing you if this is the case. If you have multiple products in your basket, you can still checkout if you remove the item dispatching from store.
Customer Service
We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your order has left our Distribution Centre then you should have received an email providing you with a tracking number and link so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel. Please note that we sometimes have to ship out your order in multiple packages, the items included in each package will be detailed in your despatch email as well as the invoice included in your parcel.If you still haven't received your order then please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team here.
