This will give you the most up to date information – unfortunately, our customer services team will not have access to anything that differs to the tracking details.

You can now collect and return orders from over 8,500 Evri Parcelshops!

As we now dispatch products available in our stores for our online orders, there may be instances where you order cannot be completed if you live outside of the UK.
This also means these items are unavailable for express delivery, and you may see your order split into two on your order confirmation.
You will receive an error message at checkout informing you if this is the case. If you have multiple products in your basket, you can still checkout if you remove the item dispatching from store.
