You can apply promo codes to your shopping bag or at checkout. Please check exclusions before you enter it to see if furniture is included in the promotion. FYI, our UO Rewards 10% sign up promo is not applicable on furniture orders.

When an order is placed, the charge will show as a pending transaction in your account until the item has been dispatched. These will be pre-authorisations for the payments until the items leave our warehouse, then we’ll take the funds.

We offer lots of ways to pay including Klarna, Clear Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Credit Card, Amex, and UO Gift Cards. We don’t currently accept payment via proforma invoice.

Backorder Purchases

We know you love a new arrival, which is why some of our items are available to “pre-order”. This means that you can be the first to get them by ordering them in advance of the stock becoming available online.

Due to the item's popularity, we have to wait for new shipments to come into the warehouse before we can get your order to you. We are able to reserve an item with prepayment.

Check out as you would normally and we won’t charge you for a pre-order item until it has arrived with us and been dispatched to you.

Unfortunately, once placed we are unable to amend your order.

Delivery

Our oversized furniture pieces are dispatched with specialised furniture couriers. Please allow at least 3 weeks from notification of dispatch for your item to arrive. If you require any additional help with your order please contact us here and we’ll do everything we can.

We can only deliver large furniture, oversized rugs and mirrors to UK mainland. We can’t deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands right now.

Certain pieces may be delivered separately by our specialised furniture courier and you may receive separate texts for each item ordered regarding their delivery information. The carrier will contact you directly prior to delivery of your item(s) to organise a suitable delivery date.

Furniture will always be delivered separately by a specialised furniture courier who will contact you directly prior to delivery of your item(s). Non-furniture items will go with a different nominated courier, which you will be able to track via the link in your dispatch email.

If it’s over 30kg, the courier will bring your furniture order inside, removing any packaging and taking it away. However, due to their weight and dimensions, some large furniture pieces can only be delivered to the ground floor (this means no delivery up any stairs) to respect the health and safety of the delivery crew.Some furniture deliveries can be carried by our couriers up to the third floor. Please note you are responsible to carry furniture item(s) to any floors above this and liable to any damage caused to the product.

In the unfortunate case of your order arriving damaged, please contact us here and we will do everything we can to help you.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team here within 30 days from the date of delivery and they will advise next steps.
