UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
We happily accept returns/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a prepaid label will be provided if a return is requested. Refund will be granted once the item has been returned, minus cost of return shipping. Item is expected to be in good shape, unworn, unused, etc. Refund can be withheld if damages occur during shipping or customer use.
Once an item is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for it. Errors made by wrong address input, carrier problems via USPS or UPS are not our responsibility and do not qualify for a order refund.
