WYETH gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in original packaging. To initiate a return, please reach out within 30 days of delivery via your order history to obtain a prepaid return label.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused. All tags, including the hangtag must remain intact. The item must be returned in its original packaging or a box in similar size and condition. Please do NOT crush or fold the hat when shipping back - this can cause damages and we will not be able to accept your return.
