WeWoreWhat accepts returns on eligible merchandise from U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Return shipping labels are available for orders shipped to the continental U.S., and no additional postage is required.
- A $5 restocking fee per return will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached.
- We recommend wearing underwear when first trying on your purchase.
- Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. You will receive a refund notification once your return has been processed.
- Refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
