UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you need extra time to make decisions, so we offer 10 days (extended to 30 days for purchases made between Nov 15 - Dec 31) to contact us regarding a return if you find any damages, defects, or disappointments. Eligible items can be exchanged for up to 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.
To start a return, contact the team via your Order History. Please include descriptions of any damages or defects. Our team is mighty but small - for that reason, please allow up to 3 days for a response.
