UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help! Just a few friendly reminders before getting started:

• Please double-check your cart before checking out, as we’re unable to accept change of mind returns on products with broken/removed packaging seals.
• Change of mind returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Received something damaged? Oh no! We're so sorry about that. Please contact us via your Order History and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
• Returns for faulty or damaged items must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
• Make sure your shipping details are accurate—we’re unable to cover orders delivered to the wrong address if the information provided at checkout was incorrect.
• Orders that have already shipped but are being returned due to change of mind will incur $10 restocking fee, and any stools or furniture will incur a 15% return fee..
