This kit makes a very moist cake, with a lovely textural element from the poppy seeds. The flavors of lemon and strawberries work together to taste like pure summer (although this cake can be made all year round if you use frozen strawberries, which work just as well as fresh). It comes with a sachet of freeze-dried strawberries for the decorations, which are absolutely bursting with flavor.
