UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. If 15 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns in new, unworn condition for a full refund if returned within 10 days of receiving your shipping label. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and hygienic liners attached.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly via your Order History. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund when items are returned. Returns must be sent back to us within 10 days to receive a refund. If returned after 10 days, there will be a $5 restocking fee.
