To request a return, kindly reach out to us via your Order History with the reason you'd like to return the item. Please know you will be messaging with our very small team in NYC, so please be kind! We will do everything we can to help you with your order.
We accept unworn clothing and bikinis in new condition with tags and hygiene liners attached within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange -- any returns sent to us outside of the 14 day window will be returned to the shipper.
We will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label (United States Postal Service) to use. Please note that we charge a flat rate of $5 as a return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund, once approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders must be shipped back within 5 business days after receipt of the return shipping label provided by Strawberry Western. Any orders shipped after 5 business day will not qualify for a refund and will be immediately shipped back to you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
