You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, please reach out via your order history to obtain a prepaid return label. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please pack your return securely using the original packaging or the smallest appropriate box. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
