UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
If you wish to return your SMUCKY product(s), please review our return policy:
- Reach out to us through your order history to obtain a pre-paid return label.
- Returns must be initiated and scanned with courrier within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 7 business days and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment with a $5.00 return label fee deducted.
