- Please note: vintage raw brass charms, which are incorporated in all necklaces, are lightweight and have hollow backings. All necklaces are light to medium weight

Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or anywhere it may be exposed to moisture or humidity as it can be very harsh on metals. Raw brass will tarnish over time. If you want to prevent it from tarnishing, clean it well with a metal polish such as Brasso. As a natural cleaning alternative, you can use a mix of baking soda, lemon juice + water, and scrub it on with a soft cloth or toothbrush, then wipe off and dry. After cleaning, you can buff your jewelry with a soft cloth to give it a nice finish

Shop Charming Tea will accept back items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of any damage by the customer. Items must be in their original packaging and must be in the same condition you received them. Returns made within 30 days of receipt will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 15 business days for the return to be processed. A restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise value will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted and sent back to you. Shop Charming Tea reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
