UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
We want you to love your RAT BOI wears. If you aren’t fully satisfied, please initiate a return within 15 days of the delivery date of your item. We accept returns on any new and unused items (with the exception of personal items*) that have been return postmarked within 7 days from initiating the return. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund when items are returned.
*Personal Items: All underwear are considered personal items. For sanitary reasons, we are not accepting returns or refunds on any personal items. Bras and camis are eligible for return so long as they are unworn, sellable condition with all original tags still attached.
