To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. We provide a free prepaid return shipping label. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all original components: lamp, bulb, remote, charging cable, instruction manual, and mounting screw.
