We want you to love your Machete pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase through your order history to receive a prepaid return label.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Please note that personal care items (like hair brushes) and any worn or altered items are non-returnable. Machete reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the conditions above.
