Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on whether you like your item or not when it arrives. We understand that it is difficult to gauge a specific scent of a candle or size of an item when purchasing online. We encourage you to reach out to us via your order history for specific inquires.
If an item arrives broken, this is due to the shipping process and carriers mishandling your order. We must see a physical image of the broken item before we can negotiate this process. In this scenario, we can offer an exchange for equal or lesser value, but cannot replace the exact item purchased as each piece is unique. Full refunds are not available, as this misfortune is out of our control.
Please check the tracking information on your item that we provide via email before reaching out to us. If your order never arrived, it is most likely being held at a post office or is being sent back to us due to an incorrect/invalid address given to us at checkout. If the order is returned to us, we will re-ship out immediately and provide the updated tracking information. If an item is being held at a facility, and is unclaimed by the customer, that is up to the customer to contact them and pick it up. If an item is lost in the shipping process, that is out of our control and the customer is responsible for filing a claim through USPS. All of our Priority Mail orders come with $50 insurance if an item is lost or damaged.
