30-Day Return Policy: From the date of delivery, customers have 30 days to return the product. If returning the product for a reason other than malfunction, the packaging and product must be undamaged.
If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team via your Order History with photos and/or videos showing the issue, and they can receive a new product.
