We will accept returns within 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. We cannot accept returns after 14 days.
Please note that all returns must be approved in advance by Le Puzz. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A $10 restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order cancellations can be made if the order has not been shipped.
If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel. Reach out to us via your Order History and we will provide further details about how to send us photos for review by our team. Hold on to the package and all its materials as we may ask for you to send them back to us for inspection.
