If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the items is in the original condition and packaging. Please note a $5 restocking fee will deducted from your refund.
Unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of used products.
We take every precaution to ensure your product arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us a note via your Order History with the following:
- The quantity of broken items
- The order number (ex. HSC#) and we'll work on a replacement ASAP
