We take pride in the quality of plants we deliver at Home Botanicals. If your plants arrive damaged or in poor health, please contact us and we will assist you right away.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or poor health upon arrival due to the fact that transit time is hard on live foliage, and the plants cannot survive round trip travel within their packaging.
