We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to us through your order history to initiate the return process and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be in the original packaging with the security tag still attached. Your item(s) must not be marked with deodorant, body makeup, or smell of body odor, perfume or washing detergent. HÉROS reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these policy requirements. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
