- Dutch Baby: cast-iron, enameled
- Small Fry: stainless steel, ceramic nonstick coating
- Little Sheet: aluminized steel, ceramic nonstick coating
- Dutch Baby: Oven-safe up to 500 degrees. Dishwasher-friendly. Hand dry thoroughly after running a cycle. To prevent staining, wipe down the exterior of Dutch Baby before placing it in the oven.
- Small Fry: Oven-safe up to 500 degrees. Dishwasher-friendly, though we recommend hand washing. Always add a bit of low-smoke point oil or butter to the cool pan and let them heat up together before adding food. Cook over low to medium heat (avoid high heat!). The ceramic coating heats up fast and retains heat evenly. You’ll still get crispy edges with low heat. Avoid using metal utensils to prevent chips and scratches.
- Little Sheet: Oven-safe up to 450 degrees. Dishwasher-friendly, though we recommend hand washing. Hand dry thoroughly after washing. Avoid using metal utensils to prevent chips and scratches.
