UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
We accept returns on full-price products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and with all original packaging/tags.
To return a product that meets the above criteria, please use the prepaid return label included in the package to ship the product back to us.
We will process your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive the item(s). Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used on the original order, and typically post within 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
