UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unworn, unused, unwashed, and re-sellable items, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please reach out via your order history to obtain a prepaid return label. Upon receipt, we’ll inspect items within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days to the original payment method. Funds usually reflect within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank.
