We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Used or rolled mats are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Mats showing wear from regular use, sweat exposure, or lack of proper care are not considered defective and will not be eligible for replacement. If you believe your mat has a manufacturing defect (e.g., separation of layers, abnormal peeling on first use), please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to assess and make it right if the issue is covered under our warranty. To initiate a return, please reach out via your order history to obtain a prepaid return label. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
