UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
All refunds must be reported within 15 days post delivery date and received in our warehouse within 45 days of the invoice date. An RA number is required to return items. The returned item must be in the original product packaging and unused.
To begin the returns process:
- Reach out to us via your order history to obtain an RA number and pre-paid return label.
- Mark the carton "ATTENTION RETURNS". The Return Authorization number must appear on the carton to the left of the return address.
- Indicate on the RA form whether you would like a replacement or refund.
- Put the package in the mail and ship the item back to us.
A $5 restocking fee will be applied if an incomplete RA# or form is received and/or the product is not in its original packaging.
Returns will be refused and returned to customer at their expense if received after 45 days from the invoice date.
