UO MRKT Partners will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Please return item(s) by mail using the prepaid return label and packing slip found included with your purchase. There will be a restocking fee for any returned item(s). For merchandise returned with 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Returns made after 30 days of the delivery date will be at the discretion of each UO MRKT Partner. Please note that all item(s) must be shipped directly to the selling partner, and not mailed to Urban Outfitters' warehouse or returned in store. To execute an exchange, please return the item(s) directly to our selling partner and re-purchase the item online.
