The Serrano™ sneaker by Onitsuka Tiger was inspired by 1970s track, featuring a lightweight nylon upper and a textured rubber outsole that mimic the spikes of a track and field shoe. Accenting the heel and toecap are the dual-overlay suede textures and a padded tongue and collar for comfort in what used to be a performance runner for racing.
