To pick up your UO order at a store, choose the Pick Up option when checking out. We’ll display the stores where your items can be picked up and you’ll be able to select a location most convenient for you.

Wait to Hear From Us
We'll let you know when your item should be available for pick up on the product detail page, in Checkout and order summary. We'll send you a Ready For Pickup email when your item is ready and waiting for you at the store.

Pick Up Your Order
Once you receive your Ready For Pickup email, head to the store to pick up your items. The instructions in your Ready For Pickup email will tell you how to pick up your order.
Store Pickup allows you to place your order online and pick it up at a store near you!
To see if an item is eligible for Store Pickup, check the item availability on the product detail page or look for the Pick Up option when checking out.
Items that are in stock will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email once the order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive the Ready For Pickup email before going to the store to pick up your order.

Items will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready For Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup, a reminder email 24 hours later and a cancellation email if you don't pick up the order within 96 hours.
Your payment will be authorized when you create your order and a hold will appear on your account, but you will not be charged until you pick up your order.
If you don't pick up your order within the pickup window, your order will be automatically canceled and you will not be charged for the items. Any hold that may have appeared on your card will be released.

Our standard return policy applies for Store Pickup orders. Please note, Store Pickup orders are only eligible for return and cannot be exchanged through our online returns portal. See our Returns + Exchanges page for more info.
