Cancellation Policy

After your order is placed, you have a short window of time to cancel your items. If you are unable to cancel, you can return or exchange it after you receive your order.

To cancel your order, visit your Order Details page. If we are able to cancel any items on your order, you will see a button that says Cancel Items. If you do not see the Cancel Items button, we are unable to cancel any part of your order before it ships. Once your order is sucessfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. You will not be charged for any canceled merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for pending charges to be removed from your account.

We start preparing orders to ship shortly after orders are placed. If you are unable to cancel any items, it means we are already working on getting it to you ASAP! You can return or exchange items after you receive them.

You can cancel any backordered items on your order as long as they have not started preparing to ship! To cancel your order, visit your Order Details page. If we are able to cancel the backordered items, you will Cancel Items button. Click that, and continue through our cancellation process. Once your items are sucessfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. You will not be charged for any canceled merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for pending charges to be removed from your account.
