Klarna is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

When you pay in 4, Klarna splits your purchase into 4 equal payments. Klarna collects the first payment when you check out. The remaining 3 payments are collected every 2 weeks. You spread the cost over 6 weeks.

Just shop UrbanOutfitters.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method online.  

You will be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy! 

Please note: all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna, and the bag value must be between $1 and $2,000.

Klarna can be used to make purchases online only. You can use Klarna on the UrbanOutfitters.com website or UO App. Klarna is not available for in-store purchases.


You can log in to your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Klarna is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Klarna.

All Klarna customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Klarna to make your payments early. Klarna will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. 

You can log in to your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Klarna returns follow our standard return process. Use our online returns portal to print a return label or return your item to an Urban Outfitters store location. Please note: refunds for Klarna will be refunded from Urban Outfitters to Klarna. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as Urban Outfitters has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
