Chipotle Unveils First-Ever College Rewards Program and Exclusive Dorm Collection with Urban Outfitters

The two brands with cult college followings are joining forces to give students ‘a little extra,’ transforming viral menu favorites and fan-loved designs into playful, must-have campus essentials.

Urban Outfitters, a longtime destination for trend-driven dorm decor, today announced the launch of the Chipotle x Urban Outfitters “A Little Extra” Dorm Collection. This statement capsule celebrates back-to-campus style through the lens of food culture and fandom.

Launching August 20, the collection invites students to personalize their living spaces with creativity, individuality, and a little extra—just like customizing their favorite Chipotle order.

The collection transforms Chipotle’s iconic menu items and superfans’ insights through the lens of UO’s signature style into must-have back-to-campus accessories. Highlights include bean bag chairs inspired by black and pinto beans, a cozy throw blanket designed to look like a foil-wrapped tortilla, and a desk light shaped like a bag of Chipotle’s iconic chips. Urban Outfitters’ signature decor designs shine with playful, statement pieces like a cute embroidered pillow and a quirky Chipotle-themed doormat.

To bring the collaboration to life for fans, Urban Outfitters and Chipotle are hosting an immersive Airstream pop-up at Chipotle’s Pacific Beach location on XX-date —conveniently situated in a high-traffic student area. Leaning into the “extra,” the pop-up will feature a customization station where guests can screen-print metallic silver totes, add Chipotle-themed bag charms, and walk away with an exclusive Chipotle x Urban Outfitters gift-with-purchase. The event will include a live DJ, an interactive metallic photo booth, and (naturally) serve up plenty of food and giveaways.For those joining from afar, an interactive social giveaway will offer a final chance to snag exclusive pieces from the collection, plus a Chipotle gift card loaded with 52 free meals.

Both brands arrive at this collaboration fresh off their own back-to-campus moments, from Urban Outfitters’ UO Haul campaign featuring decked-out dorm trucks and the UO Haul Sale, and Chipotle with its college-focused rewards program. This collaboration brings together two brands deeply rooted in campus culture to create a collection that’s equal parts functional and fun.

The Chipotle x Urban Outfitters “A Little Extra” Dorm Collection will be available starting August 20 at urbanoutfitters.com (8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET) and in select Urban Outfitters stores located in prominent college towns.
