How To Use
Warm use:
- Microwave for 10 sec
- Make sure weight inside is evenly distributed
- Check temperature, continue heating in 5 sec intervals
- Apply to eyes for no longer than 20 min at a time
Cold use:
- Place in freezer/refrigerator until desired temperature
- Apply to eyes for no longer than 20 min at a time
