Silversun Pickups 4th studio album, Better Nature, was produced at Jacknife Lee's Topanga studio. Setting out with the idea that good things come from writing outside their comfort zone, this album started out very differently than others, with a focus on more acoustic songs. After letting the music take the reins, it grew organically into a project that lead vocalist and guitarist Brian Aubert told LA Mag will "make sense" to long-term fans. 2015, New Machine Recordings.
