How to Use
- Make sure skin is clean and dry.
- Peel off plastic top sheet and place tattoo face down on your skin.
- Take a wet cloth and pat the back of the tattoo, making sure that every part of the paper soaks through with water.
- Press and hold for a few seconds.
- Gently peel off paper to reveal design.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. To return or exchange your items in person for free, return your items to your closest UO store.
