There is an additional Flat-Rate Truck Delivery fee for this item to ship by furniture delivery truck. This is a one-time shipping fee per order and applies to all qualifying items in your order. All qualifying Flat-Rate Truck Delivery items in your order will ship together. Additional shipping fees may apply to other items in your order that do not qualify for Flat-Rate Truck Delivery. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery once the item ships. Made-to-order items may take longer. Delivery is unavailable to international locations outside of the US, US territories, AK, HI, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Express ship methods are also unavailable.
We provide three types of Flat-Rate Truck Delivery services:
Over the Threshold Delivery
The furniture delivery team will deliver your items inside your residence and place them in your immediate entryway. This does not include furniture setup or debris removal. Once your items are with the carrier, you will receive an email about how to schedule your delivery.
Over the Threshold delivery items purchased with White Glove Delivery items will automatically be upgraded and delivered via our White Glove service at no additional fee.
White Glove Delivery
Includes item delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding select styles including large lighting, mirrors, wall décor and hanging furniture) and debris removal. Once your items are with the carrier, you will receive an email about how to schedule your delivery.
Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery. The delivery professionals are not permitted to move any existing furniture or move or set up electrical equipment.
Doorstep Delivery
Available for eligible items at a lower Flat-Rate Truck Delivery fee and includes in-box delivery to your front door. There is no need to schedule a delivery or provide a signature. You will receive an email notifying you of your scheduled Doorstep Delivery date 1 to 2 days prior to delivery. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or left with a building attendant. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly and debris removal are not included.
Doorstep Delivery items purchased with Over the Threshold or White Glove Delivery items will automatically be upgraded at no additional fee.

Returns
Returns made within 30 days of delivery will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days and up to one year of delivery will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made-to-order, customizable furniture cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges and taxes will be credited in accordance with state laws. Please note: returns must be protected during transit so that they arrive back to us in like-new condition. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns for this item are subject to a restocking fee, plus applicable taxes. This will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. Please note, we do not accept furniture returns in our stores. To learn more, please see our Return Policy.
