You may order a pre or backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag. Pre and backorder shipping dates are subject to change. We will email you with any date changes.

Returns
Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail or take them to a UO store. Get refunded faster with an online return and print a return SmartLabel®. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. To return or exchange your items in person for free, return your items to your closest UO store. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes made-to-order furniture and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount where the price ends in $0.95.
