Baxter of California Soft Water Pomade is a light-to-medium hold, water-based styling formula that spreads easily through hair to deliver control and natural, non-greasy shine that rinses right out with water. To use, put a fingernail-sized amount of pomade into the palm of your hand and rub hands together to disperse. Apply evenly throughout damp or dry hair; apply product to wet hair for more of a wet-look finish, or to dry hair for more of a natural look with less definition.
