How To Use
- Brush your teeth with water.
- Twist white pen to dispense gel. While looking in the mirror, apply a thin layer of gel to your top teeth, fronts only, and avoid your gums.
- Using a vibrating motion with your finger on each tooth for 5 seconds to active the ingredients.
- Keep teeth dry and mouth open after applying the gel.
- Open a tray of white film and peel film away from the tray by grasping the corner of the film and pulling it upwards off the tray. The whitening side will be facing up.
- Place whitening side of film over your top teeth, starting with the front side of teeth and folding to the back side, pressing firmly on chewing surfaces of the teeth.
- Repeat for bottom teeth.
- Wear for 90 minutes and do not exceed 2 hours.
- To remove, rinse mouth with warm water to loosen films. Peel from the top corner down and discard the used film.
- Brush or rinse away the remaining gel.
- Repeat for 5 consecutive days.
