Volume 1 has all the hits from the band's formation in 1971 to 1975 like Take It Easy and Best Of My Love. It is the best-selling album of the 20th century in the US and is the second highest-certified album by the Recording Industry Association of America at 29x platinum, selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress as being culturally, historically, or artistically significant.
