Apply for a 2 week placement with one of our head office departments. Gain insight into what the different areas of the business get up to and what roles might interest you in the future. This is your chance to meet different teams and see what they do behind the scenes. We accept applicants from our charity partners, students, and URBN stores.

We currently offer one-year paid head office placements across various departments. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable industry experience, make great connections and build lasting relationships with our teams. The programme runs July – July every year and applications open in February. To apply you must be an undergraduate student undertaking an accredited placement year at a UK university or a staff member at any URBN store.

Since opening shop in 1970, we've been working on ourselves to do better by the planet and our people. There's a long way to go, but we want to show you how we're improving the way we do things for good - join our journey to drive positive change.

Our partner organisations provide support for communities near and far. We support EveryYouth, a UK-wide movement of local charities that have joined forces to tackle youth homelessness, it provides a national platform to raise awareness, share experiences and generate voluntary income for vulnerable young people. We also support Blueprint for All, which works to create a more inclusive society in which everyone can succeed regardless of their background.

UO Marketplace offers a space for emerging artists, creators and local businesses to sell in our stores. It creates an opportunity for you to promote your work with our community and reach a fresh audience that will connect with your brand. Our aim is to support and encourage up-and-coming creatives to showcase their new shops and projects in a place that's set up and ready to go.
