Returns
Returns made within 30 days of delivery will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days and up to one year of delivery will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges and taxes will be credited in accordance with state laws. Please note: returns must be protected during transit so that they arrive back to us in like-new condition. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Flat Rate Returns
In-stock furniture, rugs and other oversized items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
