Here at UO, we see the heart-breaking situation in Ukraine and we want to ensure we are taking action to help those most in need. We’re supporting our employees, both near and far, during this traumatic time and are helping in ways we can to stay close to the situation as it progresses.

Clothing Donation
We are working to get warm clothing to those that need it. Our distribution centre team, located in Peterborough, are collecting donations and shipping directly to the front lines in Poland and other suitable drop-off points within the EU recommended by the Red Cross.

Matching Donation Scheme
We are matching any donation made by employees to the following organisations:

• Red Cross
• Doctors without Borders
• Children in Need

For every £1 donated by an employee, URBN will donate an additional £3. This donation ratio will be applicable to all local currencies across Europe. We will be sending our donation match weekly.

Volunteer Day
Our employees are eligible to use one working day for volunteering annually. Staff have been encouraged to utilise their day to support an organisation or charity who are operating in support in Ukraine.
